- Replaced a fragmented set of paid software subscriptions with one in-house operations platform: project tracking, time, multi-currency invoicing and double-entry bookkeeping
- Product management for Storafleet, one control panel for storage across AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze and other clouds, and LeafRanger, a consumer plant-care and marketplace app; both live ahead of public launch

- Worked daily from Paris with the Bristol engineering team, and onboarded new joiners for both sites
